Strawberry Brownies

Delicious brownies with a rich chocolate flavor, optionally enhanced with strawberries or nuts.

Ingredients

• 200g butter
• 200g dark chocolate
• 3 eggs
• 250g granulated sugar
• 125g flour
• Optional: 100g white chocolate for decoration
• Optional: A couple of strawberries or nuts

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Prepare a baking pan (21cm x 28cm or similar).
2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath or microwave until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
4. Gradually add the melted butter and chocolate mixture, mixing until smooth. Fold in the flour.
5. If desired, add chopped strawberries or nuts to the mixture.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 35 minutes.
